Slow Cooker Chicken Vindaloo Recipe from The Perfect Pantry

Slow Cooker (CrockPot) Chicken Vindaloo Recipe on
Slow Cooker Chicken Vindaloo, just like you'd get in an Indian restaurant!  (Photo from The Perfect Pantry)

Chicken Vindaloo is a spicy chicken dish that you may have enjoyed at an Indian restaurant, but now thanks to Lydia from The Perfect Pantry you can make Slow Cooker Chicken Vindaloo at home.  This may seem like a complicated recipe, but Lydia explains that there are really only three steps:  "cook and puree onions, make a paste in the food processor, and grind some spices. Then combine it all with chicken in the CrockPot, and walk away until dinner time."

I hope you enjoy trying this from-scratch slow cooker recipe!  Use this link to get the recipe for
