  1. This is a recipe that really teaches me to see my slow cooker in a different light. I love to make mole, but don't do it often because traditional recipes can be time consuming. The slow cooker makes a complicated recipe easier, and one I'm likely to make more often now.

  3. We had this recipe for dinner tonight and we loved this mole' sauce! Perfect combination of spices, chocolate, and dried peppers. Be prepared..this makes a huge amount of sauce. We have enough to freeze for a second meal easily. The only change I will make on the second round is to put the chicken in the slow cooker earlier so it fork tender. Thanks for an easy and delicious mole' which does not take hours to make. Will definitely be making this again!
