It was very yummy. I made this as part of my once a month cooking rotation for February and therefore it was thrown together and frozen. That being said, I feel like if I had cooked it for the entire suggested time on LOW, it would have dried out and been not as wonderful. I suggest putting it in the slow cooker on LOW for five-six hours instead.

Had this on low for a little over seven hours and it was hopelessly burned. Doubt I would try again.
