I'm definitely going to keep this recipe on file for Thanksgiving! How great to be able to get good results from the slow cooker.
Lydia, I also think it would be nice that the slow cooker would keep them warm while the oven was busy!
I love roasting sweet potatoes in my crockpot - they are so easy to make and come out perfectly.
