Slow Cooker Garlic Artichokes from Cooking on the Side

I love the idea of cooking artichokes in the slow cooker!

Spring must be coming fairly soon because I'm just starting to see artichokes appear in my store, and I love this idea of cooking them in the slow cooker!  For Slow Cooker Garlic Artichokes from Cooking on the Side, you put fresh minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, and white wine or chicken stock in the slow cooker and a few hours later you have a beautiful side dish for dinner!
