Slow Cooker Indian Spiced Lentils Recipe from The Perfect Pantry

I'm a long-time fan of lentils, so Slow Cooker Indian Spiced Lentils from The Perfect Pantry sounds like a perfect side dish to me.  If you haven't used lentils that much, there's a lot to recommend about them.  They're inexpensive, delicious, and cook much more quickly than other types of beans and legumes, and lentils can be made into so many delicious meatless dishes.  This lentil dish has extra flavor from ginger, garlic, onion, cumin, turmeric, garam masala, and cayenne, and it can be on the table in a few hours.
