| Beef with Tomatoes, Pearl Onions, and Mushrooms (Photo from Color Me Pink!) |
I love the seasonings used in this recipe for Slow Cooker Beef with Tomatoes, Pearl Onions, and Portobello Mushrooms from Color Me Pink. A boneless beef roast cooks for most of the day with frozen pearl onions, oregano, basil, parsley, red pepper flakes, chopped tomatoes, and a generous amount of Worcestershire Sauce to add that special touch. When the meat is done, sliced baby Portobello mushrooms are added to cook for another hour. (I could drink Worcestershire Sauce, so I know this would be good for me!)
