Slow Cooker Coconut Almond Rice Pudding from With Style and Grace

Dairy-Free and Gluten-Free Slow Cooker Rice Pudding made with coconut and almond milk!

(For Friday Favorites we spotlight past recipes that you may have missed, and I'm intrigued by this idea for making dairy-free rice pudding in the slow cooker!)

There's a lot to like about this Slow Cooker Coconut Almond Rice Pudding from With Style and Grace!  Who wouldn't like the way the rice pudding cooks unattended in the slow cooker while you concentrate on the rest of the dinner?  Not to mention the fact that it uses coconut milk and almond milk so the recipe is dairy-free and gluten-free.  The recipe also uses cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins, toasted almonds,  and shredded coconut for even more good flavors, and it can even be made with brown rice if that's your preference.
