This recipe for Slow Cooker Green Chile Chicken from The Perfect Pantry combines cumin, garlic, tomatillo salsa, and green Anaheim chiles in a slightly-spicy sauce that transforms chicken breasts or thighs into a delicious Southwestern chicken dish.  You can eat the chicken with a side of Mexican rice or black beans or use the chicken mixture stuff inside flour tortillas to make burritos.

  1. Thanks for sharing this recipe! It's one that I made the first time with my summer intern, when we were cooking recipes that would be easy for college students to make in the morning before they went off to classes for the day.
