Her recipe for Slow Cooker Paprika Chicken starts with onions, garlic, and mushrooms which are sauteed for a few minutes with tomato paste, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Then skinless chicken thighs are added to the slow cooker with those flavorful ingredients layered on top. When the chicken is done, the sauce is thickened with a little flour and some sour cream is added.
