I'm crazy about Greek food, so I loved the sound of this Slow Cooker Pork Lemonato from On Top of Spaghetti. This recipe (which really does come from a blogger in Greece!) starts with 1 1/2 pounds of cut up pork that's put in the slow cooker with carrots, onions, lemon juice, stock, and Greek spices and turns into a wonderful Greek stew. Be sure to read the cautions from Eleni to start checking the pork for doneness after 7 hours, and adjust the amount of rosemary to your taste.
