(For Friday Favorites we spotlight past recipes that you may have missed, and this Slow Cooker Mexican Tortilla Pie from 365 Days of Slow Cooking sounds easy and delicious!)

In college I ate at Taco Bell nearly every day, and although my addiction to Taco Bell has been cured  for years now, I still love most any recipe that involves refried beans and flour tortillas.  I think this Slow Cooker Mexican Tortilla Pie from 365 Days of Slow Cooking has to be one of the more creative slow cooker recipes I've seen.  Karen uses a foil "sling" to line the slow cooker so she can get this out without it falling apart, and this was a hit with the whole family.
