As I'm not a pork rib person, I'm going to try this with beef ribs, or maybe chicken thighs. I love the flavoring combination!

These were quite tasty. I put them under the broiler for about 5 minutes to get them crispy. The meat was amazing.

The sauce had quite a lot of oil in it from the meat - wish I had a fat separator, but I made it work.

I made it with rice and a quick cucumber pickle. Delicious!

Amanda, thanks for giving us your feedback. I do have a fat separator which I love to use for crock-pot sauces.
