Slow Cooker Recipe for Tlayuda (Mexican Pizza) from What's Gaby Cooking

Gaby says these Mexican Pizzas called Tlayuda will change your life!  (Photo from What's Gaby Cooking.)

Once upon a time a food blogger named Gaby went on a long road trip with friends and in San Antonia they discovered Tlayuda, a kind of Mexican pizza that's a street food in Oaxaca, Mexico.  The group was so enamored with the dish that they set out to recreate the recipe as soon as they got home, using the slow cooker for the spicy chicken mixture that goes on top of each one.  I was drooling as I read through this recipe for Tlayuda (Mexican Pizza) from What's Gaby Cooking, and I'm guessing this would be a hit with anyone who likes Mexican flavors.

I hope you enjoy trying this from-scratch slow cooker recipe!   Use this link to get the recipe for Tlayuda (Mexican Pizza) from What's Gaby Cooking
