Slow Cooker Buttered Chicken and Tomato Curry from Dinner du Jour

Butter Chicken is a well-known Indian dish that's made creamy with the addition of lots of butter and cream.  In this lighter version of Slow Cooker Buttered Chicken and Tomato Curry from Dinner du Jour, there's a minimal amount of butter and the creaminess comes from Greek Yogurt with no sacrifice in flavor.  This recipe has a few steps before it gets to the slow cooker, but Kristin from Dinner du Jour says it has become her favorite slow cooker recipe, and even the kids licked their plates clean.  Sounds like a keeper to me!
