Slow Cooker Southwestern Chipotle Brisket Tacos from What's Gaby Cooking

Wouldn't you just love to come home to this Chipotle-spiced brisket that had cooked all day in the slow cooker?  Just add some tortillas, guacamole, salsa, and a maybe a little Cotija cheese and your Southwestern Chipotle Brisket Tacos from What's Gaby Cooking are ready.  Best of all, there is no worries about heating up the house when dinner cooks in the slow cooker all day!

Ingredients for this recipe:
Beef brisket, salt and pepper, vegetable oil, garlic, yellow onions, chili powder, red pepper flakes, paprika, ground cumin, apple cider vinegar, water, canned diced tomatoes, Chipotle chiles in adobo, molasses.  For serving:  guacamole, Cotija cheese.
