Slow Cooker Vegan Black Garbanzo Bean Curry from Kalyn's Kitchen

Black Garbanzos cook all day in the slow cooker for this spicy curry.

I'd never heard of black garbanzo beans until I got some as a gift, but I loved the nutty flavor and the slightly chewy texture they added to this Slow Cooker Vegan Black Garbanzo Bean Curry from Kalyn's Kitchen.  The black garbanzos took a long time to get done, so this would be a perfect Meatless Monday dish to cook while you're at work all day.  If you can't find black garbanzos or don't want to bother with this unusual ingredient, I think you could make this with regular garbanzos but they might cook a little faster.
