Slow Cooker Shredded Pork Roast with Pears and Cranberries from The Healthy Beehive

Slow Cooker Pork Roast with Pears and Cranberries
Pork Roast, cooked in the crock pot with canned pears and dried cranberries!  (Photo from The Healthy Beehive.)

Pears are in season right now, and I bet you could use fresh pears in this Slow Cooker Shredded Pork Roast with Pears and Cranberries from The Healthy Beehive.  However, I confess that it may have been partly the memory of the delicious home-canned pears my mother used to make that attracted me to this recipe.  Jane used her home-canned pears when she made it, although she says a can of pears will work just fine.

I hope you enjoy trying this from-scratch slow cooker recipe!  Use this link to get the recipe for Slow Cooker Shredded Pork Roast with Pears and Cranberries from The Healthy Beehive.
