Over the weekend I walked out into my garden to discover that all the basil had frozen, so I guess there is no more denying that it's chili weather.  I'm a warm-weather girl, but that doesn't mean I don't love tummy-warming cold-weather foods like this Sweet and Spicy Vegetarian Butternut Chili from Gluten Free Goddess.  The chili has onion, celery, red and green bell peppers, butternut squash, tomatoes, and two kinds of beans, plus just the right spices to add a southwestern touch, and this sounds to me like a great Meatless Monday dinner.
