I love everything about this recipe for Slow Cooker Stuffed Mexican Bell Peppers from Hello Little House, especially the way it's assembled from raw peppers and raw ground beef (or beef mince, if you're in Australia like Natalie.) And it impressed me that Natalie recommends using hot salsa, so the water that's released from the peppers doesn't dilute the flavors too much. This sounds like an easy and inexpensive dinner, and my market has peppers on sale this week!
