| Slow Cooker Thai Red Curry Turkey that starts with ground turkey! (Photo from The Perfect Pantry.) |
I love all types of Thai curries made with coconut milk, but red curry is definitely my favorite, and when I read through this recipe for Slow Cooker Thai Red Curry Turkey from The Perfect Pantry, I was excited to realize I had all the ingredients in the house. After you brown the turkey, this cooks on low for a few hours, and the coconut milk is added at the end. Just like most of Lydia's recipes, everything about this sounds good to me!
