(For Friday Favorites we spotlight past recipes that you may have missed, and this recipe for Slow Cooker Thai Red Curry Turkey sounds like a must-try for anyone who likes Thai food.)

I love all types of Thai curries made with coconut milk, but red curry is definitely my favorite, and when I read through this recipe for Slow Cooker Thai Red Curry Turkey from The Perfect Pantry, I was excited to realize I had all the ingredients in the house.  After you brown the turkey, this cooks on low for a few hours, and the coconut milk is added at the end.  Just like most of Lydia's recipes, everything about this sounds good to me!

Ingredients for this CrockPot Recipe:
  • Canola oil
  • ground turkey
  • garlic, scallions
  • red bell pepper
  • red curry paste
  • lime juice
  • brown sugar
  • fish sauce
  • coconut milk
  • For serving: cooked rice, cilantro
