Slow Cooker Skinny Spaghetti from Skinny Ms.

Slow Cooker Skinny Spaghetti
A spaghetti casserole cooked in the slow cooker!  (Photo from Skinny Ms.)

(For Friday Favorites we spotlight past recipes that you may have missed, and I think this Slow Cooker Skinny Spaghetti sounds like wonderful comfort food.)

In this delicious-sounding recipe for Slow Cooker Skinny Spaghetti from Skinny Ms., cooked ground beef or homemade turkey sausage (recipe included) is combined with sauce and then layers of meat sauce, dry spaghetti, and a mixture of low-fat cottage cheese, mozzarella, and ricotta fill up the slow cooker.  Skinny Ms. uses good quality organic pasta sauce from a jar for this, but you could use your own homemade pasta sauce if you have it.  I think this sounds like an easy family friendly dinner.

When I click on the website link for the skinny spaghetti recipe, I get a scary message from my Google Chrome web browser that the site is infected with malware. Can you check it out or post this recipe some other way? I want to make it!
