Natalie from Hello Little House says she wasn't sure whether to make this Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef because it had so many ingredients, but once she discovered she had all the seasonings that make this dish so tasty, she realized it wasn't complicated at all. I'm glad she tried it, because this beef flavored with onion, soy sauce, white wine, cooking sherry, white vinegar, sesame oil, molasses, chile flakes, peanut butter, ginger, and garlic sounds heavenly to me. Natalie calls this "a beautiful dish" and says it might be her husband's favorite in the slow cooker.

My favorite thing about slow cooker cooking is that you can take a recipe like this, with many ingredients, and just toss them into the cooker and you're done. Of course I have all of these things in my pantry, too!
