My blogging friend Kay from Kayotic Kitchen says she thinks one of the best perks of food blogging is the recipes you get from readers, and I agree!  Kay was thrilled that a reader shared the basic recipe for these Slow Cooked Apricot Ribs, and she declares the recipe "absolutely delicious." Spareribs are cooked all day in the slow cooker in a sauce with apricot preserves, soy sauce, and a perfect-sounding mix of seasonings, and they they get browned under a hot broiler for about 5 minutes when you're ready to eat.  This recipe sounds absolutely delicious to me too, and if you're a fan of ribs I bet you'll love them!

Ingredients for this CrockPot Recipe:
Pork ribs, apricot preserves, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic cloves, lime juice, ground ginger, salt, dried chili flakes, sesame oil, black pepper, cornstarch.
