Did you notice the word Paleo in the recipe title?  I think it must have been pure serendipity that Alyssa from Everyday Maven sent me this recipe for Paleo Slow Cooker Chile-Rubbed Pulled Pork Lettuce Wrap Tacos right after I got home from a food blogging conference where I thought a lot about Paleo cooking and realized that both my blogs really did need a Paleo category in the recipe index.  (For those who aren't familiar with it, Paleo is a type of diet where followers try to avoid all processed foods.)

So (big drum roll), this is not only a delicious sounding recipe for pork lettuce wrap tacos that's perfect for our Slow Cooker Summer Dinners, but it's also the first recipe I've added to the new Paleo recipe index category!  I've gone through all past recipes and added Paleo recipes to the category, but if you see a recipe that seems to be Paleo and I missed it, please leave a comment and let me know!  And if you have suggestions for blogs that feature Paleo slow cooker dishes, I'd love to hear about that in the comments.
