Slow Cooker Greek Rice with Red Bell Pepper, Feta, and Kalamata Olives from Kalyn's Kitchen

Slow Cooker Greek Rice
Slow Cooker Greek Rice with Red Bell Pepper, Feta, and Kalamata Olives is not too photogenic, but it's delicious!  (Photo from Kalyn's Kitchen.)

There's nothing more frustrating for a food blogger than making a smack-your-lips delicious recipe and then having the photos not really show it off, and when that happened with my Slow Cooker Greek Rice with Red Bell Pepper, Feta, and Kalamata Olives, I just decided I would swallow my pride and post it with the photos I had.  If you're a fan of Greek flavors like Feta and Kalamata olives, I hope I can convince you to try this for a Meatless Monday side dish or main dish, because I know you won't be disappointed.  Cooking rice in the slow cooker is a great way to get a nice side dish for something on the grill without heating up the house, so I'm adding this to our Slow Cooker Summer Dinners as well.

I hope you enjoy trying this from-scratch slow cooker recipe! Use this link to get the recipe for Slow Cooker Greek Rice with Red Bell Pepper, Feta, and Kalamata Olives from Kalyn's Kitchen.

Lydia, so glad you tried it, and how I wish this recipe had a decent photo. I must make again soon.
