Slow Cooker Chicken Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches are delicious and won't heat up the house!

I'm loving everything about this lighter Crock Pot Chicken Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich from LaaLoosh.  Sliced seasoned chicken breasts are cooked in the slow cooker with green pepper and onion, then piled on the bread with melted reduced-fat provolone.  The sandwiches only need about 2 minutes in a toaster oven to melt the cheese and the slow cooker will keep your house cool the rest of the time.

This is probably a recipe the family will enjoy all year long, but I think it's especially perfect for a Slow Cooker Summer Dinner; enjoy!
