I haven't tried making meatballs in the slow cooker (yet!) but I love the sound of these Slow Cooker Asian Meatballs from Taste and Tell.  The beef and pork meatballs are mixed with Asian seasonings, and then browned; then they go into the slow cooker and simmer on low in a delicious-sounding sauce that features more Asian flavors.  I was drooling by the time I made it to the end of this recipe; hope you enjoy!

  1. I've been making lots of meatballs in the slow cooker for my upcoming e-book, and I love how easy it is and how well they turn out. And anything with hoisin sauce is high on my list!
