Slow Cooker Rosemary and Thyme Potato Soup from Barefeet in the Kitchen

I know a lot of you are looking for from-scratch slow cooker recipes that can cook all day, and this Slow Cooker Rosemary and Thyme Potato Soup from Barefeet in the Kitchen can cook 8-10 hours while you're at work (or out having fun.)  Then when you get home you need another hour on low with the final ingredients added, and dinner is on the table!  This would be delicious any time, but I also think this potato soup would make a tasty Meatless Monday meal.  (Tip:  If you don't have the ground rosemary this recipe calls for, use a Mortar and Pestle or spice grinder to grind up some dried rosemary.)

Ingredients for this CrockPot Recipe:
Yukon Gold potatoes, yellow onion, garlic, kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, crushed thyme, ground rosemary, chicken or vegetable stock, flour, half and half or cream.  Optional toppings:  Cheese, crumbled bacon, chives, green onions, parsley.
