Today's my birthday, and it's kind of a significant one too!  I decided the occasion calls for cake, and I think this Slow Cooker Gluten-Free Hot Fudge Sundae Cake from Lynn's Kitchen Adventures looks perfect.  This would make a lovely cake to serve during the holidays too, just in case you need a good reason to make a cake!

Tapioca flour, sorghum flour, potato starch, xanthan gum, sugar, baking cocoa, baking powder, salt, milk, oil, vanilla, brown sugar, water
