In the United States we're right in the middle of chili-eating season, and this Slow Cooker Beef and Refried Bean Chili with Salsa and Lime from Kalyn's Kitchen is definitely something I'd make for a Superbowl Party, or just when the weather calls for chili.  I love all the flavors here, but what really makes this chili special is the way it's thickened with refried beans.  And if you're a lime lover like I am, be sure to serve with extra limes to squeeze into the chili at the table!

Ingredients for this recipe:
Lean ground beef, olive oil, onion, minced garlic, chile powder, ground Ancho chile pepper, ground cumin, Mexican oregano, salsa, canned pinto beans, canned kidney beans, canned refried beans, canned beef broth, fresh-squeeze lime juice, additional limes slices for serving (optional).
