All the flavors of Chicken Cordon Bleu in a delicious soup!  (Photo from 365 Days of Slow Cooking.)

It's seriously soup weather in so many parts of the country right now.  Based purely on what I read on Facebook, it sounds like the East coast has been having a long series of snow days, something we only had a few times in my 30 years of teaching.  But if was a snowy day, this Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu Soup from 365 Days of Slow Cooking sounds like serious comfort food in a bowl.  All the flavors that make Chicken Cordon Bleu so delicious, and Karen says her kids loved this soup.
