I bookmarked this post on How to Cook Spaghetti Squash in the CrockPot from Family Fresh Meals the minute it popped up in my feed reader.  And than I started wondering why I had never thought of doing this?  Not that spaghetti squash is difficult to cook, but cutting it is kind of a pain, and cooking it in the slow cooker means one less thing to have to watch while it's cooking.  Two thumbs up to Corey for this great idea; I'm definitely trying it!
