Here's another great slow cooker idea for Cinco de Mayo, and this Slow Cooker Chile Verde from Mel's Kitchen Cafe is so good that Mel says ". . . after eating it, I went into mourning realizing how many years I’ve lived my life without it."  Luckily you don't have to live another day without it if you make this right away!

Ingredients for this recipe:
Canola oil, boneless pork roast, salt and pepper, yellow onion, garlic cloves, canned green enchilada sauce, canned diced green chiles, canned diced tomatoes with green chiles, beef bouillon cube, ground cumin, dried oregano, black pepper.
