Who doesn't love a good French Dip Sandwich.  I practically lived on them in college, and I've been a fan ever since.  This version of Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches from Your HomeBased Mom sounds especially good to me because of the seasonings used with the meat, like soy sauce, rosemary, thyme, onion, and garlic.  You can cook the beef all day while you're at work, and when you get home this will make a wonderful Slow Cooker Summer Dinner.

Ingredients for this CrockPot Recipe:
  • Chuck Roast
  • Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • olive oil
  • soy sauce
  • water
  • whole black peppercorns
  • beef broth
  • dried crushed rosemary
  • dried thyme
  • minced onion
  • minced garlic
  • To serve:  French rolls, sliced cheese.
