Slow Cooker Spicy Bacon Corn Dip from Foodie with Family

Nibble on this Slow Cooker Spicy Bacon Corn Dip all summer long! (Photo from Foodie with Family.)

This weekend is Father's Day in the U.S. and lots of families will be cooking on the grill in honor of dad.  When the family gathers for a party it's always nice to have something people can start nibbling on before the main meal happens, and I think this Spicy Bacon Corn Dip from Foodie with Family sounds like something that would be a hit at any type of party.  The recipe does make quite a bit, but Rebecca says it stores in the fridge and reheats beautifully.

Ingredients for this CrockPot Recipe:
Frozen sweet corn, reduced fat Neufchatel cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, jalapeno peppers, garlic cloves, salt, freshly ground black pepper, bacon, green onions.

  1. Thanks for putting up my corn dip recipe, Kalyn! My husband and kids INHALED an entire slow cooker of this in two days. Okay. I maybe helped that some... :D The point is that it goes faster than you think it might! ♥

  4. It looks and sounds divine! My dad's not a dip person (and my husband is not too much either), but surely I'll be able to think of some good reason to make this recipe. ;-)
