I love slow cooker recipes that I can cook on the weekend and then eat during the week, and I think this Slow Cooker Sesame Pork from Taste and Tell definitely fits that description. Of course, you can eat the pork sliced as Deborah did, but I'm imagining this delicious meat shredded and served over lettuce or cabbage for a bowl meat, or served inside tortillas for an Asian taco meal. This is also easy to prepare; the pork is marinated overnight and goes right into the slow cooker in the morning. And I know Deborah has small kids, so I'm guessing this pork with Asian flavors is a family-friendly meal; hope you enjoy!
