Tomorrow is a big chili-eating day and while I do have quite a few chili recipes featured on this site, this Slow Cooker Meat Lover's No-Bean Chili from A Year of Slow Cooking is the first chili recipe spotlighted here that doesn't have beans. I know the idea of beans or no beans in chili can be a controversial one, but I'm an equal-opportunity chili eater; I like both kinds of chili. I also like the way Stephanie uses some spicy Andouille sausage to give this chili a little kick.
