This Slow Cooker Kielbasa, Cabbage, and Potato Soup would be nice to come home to on a cold winter evening!
I think it's extra fun that I'm featuring this Slow Cooker Kielbasa, Cabbage, and Potato Soup from Healthy Seasonal Recipes today, because over the weekend I attended BlogHerFood15 in Chicago, where I met Katie from Healthy Seasonal Recipes for the first time. I'd been a fan of her fresh, healthy recipes for a while and had recently contacted her about featuring some of her recipes on this site, so it was fun to meet in person!
I think Katie's cook-all-day slow cooker soup with Kielbasa, cabbage, white beans, potatoes, and winter herbs sounds like cold weather comfort food in a bowl. And topping a soup like this with just enough melty cheese ups the comfort food factor even more. Wouldn't you love to walk in the door and be greeted by the smells of this soup on a cold winter night?
