It just got a whole lot easier to find slow cooker recipes on our phone because Slow Cooker from Scratch has a new Mobile-Friendly Design!
In case you missed it with all the Easter celebrating, we’re excited to start out the week with an announcement that there’s a fantastic new mobile-responsive design on Slow Cooker from Scratch. That means the site will change to the size of your device, so when you’re looking at it on your mobile phone you’ll get a view that just shows one column!
Yaay! Standing at the meat counter at the grocery store and finding a slow cooker recipe on your phone just got a whole lot easier!
You can use the MENU tab on the mobile site to access the RECIPES-BY-PHOTO-INDEX-PAGE, where you’ll find index pages for categories like Casseroles or Side Dishes. There are also diet-type indexes such as Low-Carb, Gluten-Free, Weight Watchers, and Paleo; food-type indexes like Chicken, Beef, or Vegetables; and other index types like Cook All Day, Five Ingredients or Less, or Freezer Friendly. (There are lots more RECIPES-BY-PHOTO-INDEX-PAGES; check them out!)
Under MENU you can also access Recipes-by-Title, Recipe Collections, the Archives, or find the About Page for the site.
Use the tab for SUBSCRIBE if you’d like to get an e-mail notification (every time or a weekly digest) when new recipes are added.)
And maybe my favorite feature of all is the wonderful SEARCH bar on the mobile site that gives you plenty of room to type in a search term on your phone. (Go ahead and type in something and hit search to see what I mean!)
Thanks to the talented Jennette from Makeworthy Media for her hard work on the new design! I’ve been testing it out over the weekend and I don’t think there are any bugs, but if you find any please leave a comment and let us know! Hope everyone enjoys the new mobile-friendly site!
