In this recipe inexpensive country-style pork ribs are lightly browned and then they braise for 6-8 hours in the crockpot while you’re busy doing something else. In the photo the Slow Cooker Braised Country Style Pork Ribs in Tomato and Red Wine Sauce from Cookin’ Canuck are served over noodles, but I think this would be delicious served over rice as well.
