I was actually looking around for a completely different type of slow cooker recipe when I spotted this Slow Cooker General Tso’s Chicken from 365 Days of Slow Cooking, and immediately I was hungry for Chinese food and wished I had some of this in the slow cooker.
Ingredients for this CrockPot Recipe:
- boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- low-sodium gluten-free soy sauce
- apricot jam or preserves
- Hoisin sauce
- Balsamic vinegar
- minced garlic
- red pepper flakes
- minute tapioca
- for garnish: diced green onions (optional)
Recommended Slow Cooker Size:
