A few years ago I became fixated on the idea of making delicious slow cooker shredded beef to use for tacos, and these Low-Carb Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Tacos with Spicy Slaw and Avocado from Kalyn’s Kitchen were the final result (after a couple of tries that needed improvement.) The meat for these tacos is loaded with flavor, and you can cook the tacos in the CrockPot without watching it or when it’s too hot to turn on the stove!
Fast forward a few years later and now I’m noticing that a lot of recipes I make in the slow cooker are also perfect to make in the Instant Pot or Electric Pressure Cooker, so if you prefer using one of those to make these delicious tacos you can use the instructions from my recipe for Pressure Cooker Low-Carb Flank Steak Tacos to convert this slow cooker recipe to a pressure cooker recipe! Or just make the flank steak tacos, which are also a delicious low-carb meal.
