It’s nearly Father’s Day in the U.S. and lots of families will be cooking on the grill in honor of dad. When the family gathers for a party it’s always nice to have something people can start nibbling on before the main meal happens, and I think this Spicy Bacon Corn Dip from Foodie with Family sounds like something that would be a hit at any type of party. The recipe does make quite a bit, but Rebecca says it stores in the fridge and reheats beautifully.
Ingredients for this CrockPot Recipe:
- Frozen sweet corn
- reduced fat Neufchatel cream cheese
- Monterey Jack cheese
- sour cream
- jalapeno peppers
- garlic cloves
- freshly ground black pepper
- green onions.
