Using a purchased Green Chile Tomatillo Salsa as the cooking sauce made this extra easy, and the flavor was great with the pork. Use Best Easy Cauliflower Rice as the base of the bowl to keep it low in carbs, but you could just use rice if you’re not watching carbs.
