I made this yesterday – it was fantastic!!! the whole house smelled incredible too. Very easy, I didn't find chinese five spice at the store, so just tossed in some cloves and cinnamon. I made sure to brown the pork REALLY well. Then I used some of the sauce to deglaze the pan. It cooked all day and we served it over buckwheat soba noodles and garnished with scallions. It was amazing! I would make again and again!
