(For Friday Favorites we spotlight past recipes that you may have missed, and this recipe for Slow Cooker Butter Chicken sounds like a delicious idea for dinner!)
I enjoy Indian flavors, but sometimes I can be intimidated by long ingredient lists and unfamiliar preparation methods. That might be partly why this Slow Cooker Butter Chicken from Living Lou sounds so appealing to me. This recipe uses ingredients I would normally have on hand, and I think the combination of flavors here sounds delicious. Louisa says she created the recipe with her favorite Indian take-out in mind, and she was thrilled with the result.
Of course Indian Butter Chicken is usually served over rice, but you can serve this with Cauliflower Rice and replace the tiny bit of sugar sweetener if you want a low-carb or Keto meal!
