I love everything about this Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup by From Scratch to Plate, especially the fact that the soup doesn’t use a packaged brown and wild rice mix and the use of coconut milk for more flavor with less fat. I’m also excited to see turmeric here, which I think is an ingredient that really goes with the chicken and coconut milk. You can add carrots if you’d like more veggies, or leave out the chicken for a vegetarian version of this dairy-free soup.
