Roast beef is certainly a classic Sunday dinner in most parts of the U.S. and this Slow Cooker Roast Beef with Easy Gluten-Free Gravy from Everyday Maven has some excellent ideas for good results with roast beef in the slow cooker. And I love the way Alyssa uses arrowroot starch to make an easy gluten-free gravy for the roast beef.
Alyssa says that even though she often sears meat before it goes into the slow cooker, it’s not needed with this recipe, making this quick to get going in the morning. And it can cook all day while you’re at work, and when you get home you only need a few minutes to make the gravy (and maybe cook some potatoes or cauliflower to mash for a side dish) and dinner is on the table!
