Slow Cooker Sausage and Four Cheese Lasagna has to be the ultimate cold weather comfort food, and when I tried this recipe from my friend Lydia for a family party, my family went crazy over it. And this would be perfect to make in the Crock-Pot Casserole Crock Slow Cooker.
Making lasagna in the slow cooker has been on my personal to-do list for ages, and when I saw this Slow Cooker Sausage and Four Cheese Lasagna from The Perfect Pantry, it shot up to the top of my list. And then when my friend Lydia told me that this is the best slow cooker lasagna she’s made to date, and her grandkids gobbled it up, I knew I had to feature it here so you can try it. Then a few months later I made the recipe for a big family party, and everyone in my family gobbled it up and asked for the recipe!
Of course there’s already a collection of Slow Cooker Lasagna Recipes on the site, so I’ll add this to that post too. Make this any time you’re feeding a crowd and I bet you’ll be glad you tried it. And don’t skip Lydia’s secret ingredient, just a touch of Dijon mustard adds a savory note that’s lovely in this lasagna.
